The experience
acquired by the management during all of these years has strengthened the team
which participates in the daily operations.
Parchment
received from around 20 suppliers comes mostly from Antioquia, Caldas, Quindio
and Risaralda regions given the strategic geographic location of the
company. However, other regions like Huila and Cauca can be considered according
to market conditions.
Despite
being a small team, not more than 25 people, it is capable and good enough to
cover activities of such relevance like:
local purchases and sales
accounting and
controlling
cupping and quality
control
production and
warehousing
logistics
Periodically, management looks for increasing relationships with banks and new customers, internal and external, to project a promising future for all the participants in the chain supply.
